My first job as a designer was eleven years ago. My beginnings were completely outside of the multimedia world. In fact, I have always consider myself a graphic designer mainly associated with print media, editorial design and even advertising. But over time, I was encouraged to visit other areas. I was somewhat reluctant, I must admit, but I currently feel most comfortable in the web design world.Over the years, I have had to deal with some of the issues designers have troubles with. I believe that obsessive perfectionism is innate in most of us. Achieving an optimal balance between what it is expected from you as a professional and what the situation and medium demand (always according to limitations and special features) is one of the keys to being successful in our profession.
I currently ensure that all work carried out at íncipy has the best possible appearance and oversee the production of the projects we carry out on a day-to-day basis, whether within the company or for our customers. The keys: passion, professionalism, common sense, team work, listening skills and not limiting yourself. |
